Screening Requirements

All Soldiers identified to relocate to a duty location Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS), to include Alaska and Hawaii, who elect an accompanied tour (with dependents) are required to have their Family members complete the EFMP Overseas Screening. The purpose of the screening is to identify potential medical, mental health and/or educational issues so that those concerns will be considered in the assignment process.
