The Department of Defense will conduct a pilot using new standardized forms for the Family Member Travel Screening process (formerly called "EFMP screening" or "overseas screening").  The forms distribution will begin on 30 January 2017 and is for service members and their families who are moving from select CONUS locations to select OCONUS locations.  See the attached article for more specific information and to see if you may be part of this important forms pilot.
