Families in Remote Areas (Not Near MTF) in U.S.
Families in remote areas, far from an Army Military Treatment Facility (MTF), in the U.S. should contact the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) office in the closest Army MTF for guidance. If a Soldier is unsure of the nearest EFMP office, they should contact the EFMP office in the Regional Health Command for guidance.
