Rules for Soldiers in Defense Attaché Program                                                                       

Soldiers who have Family members and are in the Defense Attaché System, or thinking of a career in the Defense Attaché System, are required to have an Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) screening as part of their nomination package and before each overseas assignment. Soldiers in this situation must follow the steps shown below.
